The White Butterfly Cake Company evolved from years of baking for family and friends.

In 2007 Sarah decided to turn this much loved hobby into a career and took professional qualifications in the arts of bakery, patisserie and sugarcraft, studying in some of the highest regarded training establishments including Brooklands College in Surrey and Ecole Lenotre in Paris and winning several awards in national bakery and cake decoration competitions along the way.

Returning to Leicester, Sarah started ‘The White Butterfly’ in 2009 and is currently building a portfolio of beautifully crafted cakes for all occasions.
